Welcome to the MAC

MAC stands for the Minooka Anglers Club. MAC is currently in its 5th season. The fishing club is made up of Minooka High School students, Sponsors, and many volunteers who work hard in order to allow all students the opportunity to participate in the Club. MAC has qualified for the IHSA State Bass Fishing Tournament in each year of its existence, and MAC has captured two Sectional Title. The Head Coach is Stan Tischer. Coach Tischer is a Guidance Counselor at Minooka Community High School.

    Congratulations to Coach Barney and his partner (Coach Loftus) for WINNING the Tournament on Braidwood lake on Sunday 4/28/2013. The had 3 good fish 8.8 lbs. maybe,
    at the next meeting he can tell us his lures and pattern.

    A big thank you goes out to Plano Molding for their very generous donation to the Minooka Anglers Club!  So many nice things for our anglers!  Also, a big thank you goes out to TFO Rods.  You can find them at http://www.tforods.com/ .  What a generous way to help out our kids with some awesome stuff at a price our kids could not pass up!  The coaches and volunteers would also like to say thank you for allowing us to place an order as well...

    Friday 2/15/13....Just a reminder...make sure to touch base with me today and let me know your numbers for fundraising.  I just need to know your total cases sold.  Also...I have had questions about what time tomorrow...The doors will open at 9.  The seminar starts at 10.  I would say between 9 and 930 would give you plenty of time!
